Data transfer & custom flags and country names

In light what happened on Google Play (Armchair Commander got suspended because of swastikas and swastikas have since been replaced by the German cross), a way to transfer your data over to another device through the clipboard has been added. For android users, links for the apk with data transfer can be found in Discord announcements to help transfer data over to the "new" application (since the old one got suspended).

Content-wise, countries can now be configured to show custom flags and names. This means, for example, that you can set the USA to use a Civil War union flag and be renamed "Unionist Army" for a custom scenario. Custom flags will be added per request.
